PC Interface Victron VE.direct - USB for Battery Monitor BMV-700 and BMV-702 and Victron MPPT Solar Charge Controllers

Connection cable for BMV-70x series battery monitors or Blue Solar MPPT solar charge controllers for connection to a computer / notebook or for connection to the Color Control GX control panel. Using additional programs (available for free download), values can be read out, parameters changed and firmware updates installed.

Battery Monitors: The BMV-Reader PC application software - in conjunction with the interface cable - displays all current readings including historical data on a computer. It can also log the data to a file in CSV format. This software is available free of charge and can be downloaded from the following link:

The VE.Direct to USB interface cable is not compatible with the old BMV600 / BMV602 series battery monitors; for these monitors, you need the BMV-Datalink interface cable.

Solar Charge Controllers: The mpptprefs program can be used to change the settings of the MPPT Blue Solar charge controllers.

USB Driver: You can download the USB driver for the interface cable here.

Firmware Update: To install any available updates, you can use the VE Power Setup program.
