Pin cable lug

A-P type pin terminals are stamped from copper strip, annealed and electrolytically tin-plated. The wall thickness of the tube guarantees optimum electrical conductivity and mechanical protection against vibrations and conductor pull-out. Our cable lugs are annealed to ensure optimum ductility; this is absolutely necessary as the cable lugs must withstand strong deformation during crimping and the usual twisting of the lug during use. The connectors must also ensure reliable contact even with oscillations and vibrations. Under these circumstances, hardness plays a crucial role in preventing breaks and cracks. The sleeve length has been chosen to ensure easy and correct positioning between the crimping dies during crimping. The tubular cable lugs are electrolytically tin-plated to protect against corrosion.
