D+ Simulator Pro 12V / 24V | D+ Signal for Euro 6 and 6+ Vehicles

If auxiliary loads, e.g., charge boosters, are to be switched on only when the engine is running (the alternator supplies power), or if the leisure battery is to be charged by connecting the leisure and starter batteries via a D+ controlled isolating relay, the D+ contact of the alternator is usually used to control a relay.
However, this contact is often not accessible in the vehicle, no longer available in newer alternators, not adequately usable in Euro 6 and 6+ vehicles, or not available in a container body.

The VOTRONIC D+ Simulator Pro generates the control signal by detecting the vibrations of the running engine. It operates fully automatically and independently of the alternator's charging operation, making it particularly suitable for vehicles with alternator management systems, such as Euro 6 standard vehicles. With its low power consumption of less than 3mA, it meets the requirements of DIN EN 13976.

The VOTRONIC D+ Simulator Pro operates fully automatically, is maintenance-free and offers the following functions:

• Switching output: max. 0.3 A (+ switching, overload-proof and short-circuit-proof)
• Switch-on delay of approx. 4 seconds to avoid false activations
• Adjustable, additional voltage monitoring
• Adjustable switch-off delay
• Device status display via three-color LED
• Low self-consumption
• Suitable for 12 V and 24 V systems.
