This battery isolator relay is essentially the proven Cyrix-ct. It is used as an isolator relay between a conventional battery system (lead-acid, GEL, AGM, lead crystal) and a lithium battery. Since lithium batteries have different voltage characteristics than conventional batteries, the switching thresholds of the relay have been adjusted accordingly. The option of forced parallel connection (Start-Assist) is only available in conjunction with a Victron VE.Bus BMS.
