Bulltron Battery 25.6V, 50Ah - 105Ah

Lithium battery for 24V or 48V battery systems. The battery can be used individually or in parallel in a 24V system, but also in series for a 48V battery system. This 50Ah lithium battery replaces a GEL or AGM battery with a capacity of 100Ah/24V & is suitable for use in temperatures from -30°C to 60°C. It takes up much less space and is significantly lighter than conventional lead-acid batteries. BullTron batteries can also be installed horizontally.

Installation

Installation is incredibly simple: old battery out, new battery in, done. BMS, Bluetooth, active balancer, and heating – everything necessary is included in this lithium battery. Typically, existing chargers can be kept, but of course, we also offer chargers specifically designed for lithium batteries.

A prerequisite is that a battery-to-battery charging booster is installed in your vehicle. This limits the charging currents to a safe value and thus prevents overloading of the existing wiring and fuse in the wiring harness between the starter and auxiliary battery. If required, additional batteries of this model can be added and connected in parallel to increase capacity. Series connection to a 48V battery system is also possible.

Optimal lead-acid battery replacement with up to 10 times the lifespan

BullTron LiFePO4 batteries are an optimal lead-acid battery replacement with all the advantages of lithium iron phosphate batteries. They offer a weight reduction of up to 85%, high energy reserves, and stable voltage even under extreme loads.
The batteries were specially developed to achieve an optimal balance of size, weight, performance, and lifespan. System Voltage

The battery is suitable for 24V-48V systems.

• Parallel connection 24V is possible (increasing capacity)
• Series connection 48V is also possible

Bluetooth / Smart

The battery data is fully transmitted to the Bulltron app (available for Android and iOS). If multiple Bulltron batteries are used, they can be grouped together in the multi-app. The overall charge status of the battery bank is then displayed, and the data of each individual battery can still be viewed at any time.
If no Bluetooth function is desired, the Bluetooth module can be deactivated by unplugging the connector (accessible from outside the battery).

  * The information on the state of charge in % and remaining capacity in Ah are values calculated by the BMS, and only represent a trend. If an exact capacity / state of charge display is required, an external SmartShunt or battery monitor must be integrated directly after the battery in the negative line.

Safest Lithium Technology (LiFePO4)

BullTron batteries use Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) technology, which is currently the safest lithium technology on the market. All batteries consist of powerful and very durable (LiFePO4) cells and an integrated Battery Management System (BMS). The BMS permanently protects the individual cells and the entire battery from over/under voltage, over/under temperature, overload, and short circuits (automatic shutdown without damage).
Premature battery failure due to external influences or incorrect use is effectively prevented by the BMS.
