Lockable Canister Mount

The lockable version of the mounting kits for Overland Fuel's fuel and water canisters makes your externally mounted canisters theft-proof. An anti-drill lock even prevents forced removal.

The lockable mount with a double-action handle for best handling is made of hardened, carefully CNC-milled aluminum.

Mounting

The mount can be attached in two ways:

1. Using the included mounting plate: Attach the mount to the mounting plate with the included screws, then attach the mounting plate to the desired surface with the other screws.

2. Attach the mount directly to the chosen surface with the included screws (especially for this variant, please pay attention to material properties and stability!)

Note

Please note that our locks are of high quality. However, like all metal parts, they require some maintenance from time to time to ensure proper function - especially due to weather influences, different temperatures, and unavoidable dirt when externally mounted on a vehicle.

Our graphite spray is recommended for the care of this and other metal locks.
