Recessed hot water tap, made of high-quality stainless steel

Here, elegant design and high-quality materials meet re-imagined functionality. This hot water mixer tap is completely retractable into the basin* and helps save space. The matching Queensize Camper sink can be mounted with the rim UNDER the countertop, so that, in combination with the tap, a completely flat surface is created that can be covered with the countertop cutout.

Swivel and foldable

With a swivel range of 360° or 90°, the tap can be fully recessed into the QC sink. Without a disruptive tap on the work surface, versatile new uses open up even where the (covered) sink is located - be it as a storage area or if, for example, the bed needs to be extended over the surface at night, etc.

Now new with detent function every 45°. And in case the spout should sink to the bottom of the sink while driving, a rubber ring is installed at the end of the spout.

Mixer Cartridge

Also new is the push-button mixer cartridge: The desired temperature is set via the rotary knob and can remain in the found position. With a push of the button in the rotary knob, the water is turned off or on.

START/STOP function

In addition to the push-button cartridge, the Start/Stop aerator is still included in the standard delivery: By simply touching it, e.g., with the back of your hand, the innovative Start/Stop aerator starts or interrupts the water flow. This way, water can be saved easily and comfortably. This requires a pressure water pump or a submersible pump with an external pressure switch.

Connection

Also new is the connection area, angled directly at 90° - so you only need very little installation space next to the sink wall.

The connection is made by a 10mm hose barb on the flexible hose.

A 32 mm circular hole saw is included.

Hot or cold water or both?

As described, this tap is suitable for hot water installation, it has two inlets. When using the hot water tap with only a cold water connection, the inlet for hot water can also be blanked off with the optional brass plug (see selection above).

The product has a maximum system pressure of 4 bar and a recommended minimum pressure of 1 bar.

*Note

Depending on the sink size, the folding tap can only be installed in certain positions in the Queensize Camper sinks.

Important operating instruction: If the cold season with the possibility of frost arrives, be sure to completely drain the tap of water! The best way to do this is to blow air through the spout, remembering the check valve - i.e., in the direction in which the pump also pumps. And/or you unscrew the aerator so that all water can run out of the spout when the spout is swiveled into the sink.
