Advantages of a Cargo Ladder for Your Campervan

The Sequoia Cargo Ladder serves as a universal cargo carrier and rear door ladder for your MAN TGE. Easily attach your gear, a cargo box, or other accessories to your van and give it a rugged look.

Firstly, you can attach the Cargo Box 400, the Cargo Box 700 or the Board (Ski) Box to the ladder's rear carrier. This allows you to safely store your (wet and muddy!) items in the box and keep them outside the van. When using a Cargo Box, there is an option to mount an additional Cargo Ladder extra step behind the Cargo Box on the ladder, so you can still comfortably climb onto the roof using the ladder.

Secondly, you can attach the Cargo Frame to the Cargo Ladder to take bicycles, ski equipment, or other essential items for your next adventure. In winter, instead of the Cargo Frame, you can mount the Thule SnowPack (ski holder) on the Cargo Ladder to transport up to five skis vertically.

Installation Requirements

270-degree doors: The 270-degree hinges must be replaced with 180-degree hinges. The Cargo Ladder is attached to the hinges and screwed to the door.

180-degree doors: The Cargo Ladder is attached directly to the hinges and screwed to the door.

To install the Cargo Ladder on the MAN TGE, two holes must be drilled into the chassis. The ladder is mounted behind one of the mounting plates on the body, ensuring a sleek design. The ladder is 3D-bent, so it perfectly adapts to the contours and curves of the vehicle.
