Curtain Set for VW Transporter T5 to T6.1 (2003-2024) - Tailgate (Premium Blackout)

The darkened Kiravans Blackout Curtains for campers are black on one side and grey on the other. They are double-lined, providing excellent thermal insulation and darkening windows.

These are high-quality curtains, custom-made to our specifications, to ensure a great look in your camper. (Our manufacturer also supplies curtains of the same material and similar design to Mercedes!)

The material is stretchable and consists of a dense fabric, which provides ideal light protection and also acts as thermal insulation. The stretch capability of the curtains provides an additional height of up to 20%. The aluminum rails are robust and feature an attractively rounded edge that provides a professional finish. The rails are pre-drilled and adapted to the respective windows to facilitate installation.

Installation Notes:

This kit includes a pre-formed top rail, so it fits into the window recess with the slider groove facing down. The bottom rail sits with the groove facing the front of the vehicle. The bottom rails are pre-formed to go around the windshield wiper motor. (the bend is centered and may need slight manual adjustment as the motor housing is slightly offset)

T6 Vans - Please note that, unlike T5 tailgates where the ends of the rail sit flush with the metal, the T6 door design can lead to a very slight gap at the ends of the bottom rail. This gap can be remedied by slightly bending the ends inwards.
