The Orion XS 1400, redesigned from the ground up, redefines DC-DC battery-to-battery charging. It is a professional, highly efficient 50A DC to DC charge booster with integrated Bluetooth functionality and automatic engine shutdown detection. Its extremely compact size and aluminum PCB technology with an efficiency of 98.5%, which ensures less heat generation so that no fan is required, makes it ideal for use in many applications.

Thanks to its input voltage range of 9V to 35V and its output voltage range of 10V to 35V, the Orion XS 1400 combines a 12/12/50A, a 12/24/25A, a 24/12/50A, and a 24/24/50A charge booster in one device. This makes it flexible for use in 12V, 24V, or mixed battery systems, such as those found in RV's, on boats, service vehicles, or expedition vehicles.

The Orion XS 1400 is suitable for use in dual battery systems in vehicles, motorhomes, or on boats, where the alternator and starter battery are used to charge the house battery. Controlled charging is essential, especially in vehicles with smart alternators (Euro 5 and Euro 6) or when voltage drop occurs due to long cable runs.

With its 4-stage charging curve, the B2B charge booster is optimally suited for both lead-acid-based batteries and lithium batteries. An unlimited number of these devices can be connected in parallel to increase the output power and thus speed up battery charging.

The DC-DC converter can also be used as a constant voltage power supply to directly supply sensitive 12V and 24V consumers with a stable voltage. In power supply mode, the output voltage remains stable regardless of the connected load or a varying input voltage (within the specified range). The desired output voltage can be easily set via the app.
