The Victron (ORI121236140) Orion-Tr Smart 30A DC-DC Charger is a professional, DC-to-DC adaptive 3-stage charger with galvanic isolation and integrated Bluetooth function. The B2B charger is optimally suited for both lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries. An unlimited number of these devices can be connected in parallel to increase the output power and thus accelerate battery charging.

For use in dual battery systems in vehicles, motorhomes, or on boats, where the alternator and the starter battery are used to charge the house battery. Especially in vehicles with smart alternators or voltage drop due to long cable runs, controlled charging is essential to fully charge the service battery and protect the starter/input battery from discharge.

The DC-DC converter can also be used as a constant voltage power supply to provide sensitive 12V loads directly with a stable voltage. In fixed output mode, the output voltage remains stable regardless of the applied load or varying input voltages (within the specified range). The desired output voltage can be easily set via the app.

The unit can be monitored and programmed via Bluetooth and can optionally be remotely controlled via a remote on/off switch.
