Fully approved for road use and combined with extraordinary light output, Prime-X is the first choice for applications where maximum road illumination is desired at night. In addition to its aesthetic design, the series is functionally superbly crafted; the aerodynamic shape minimizes air currents and resistance even at high speeds.
The Prime-X 7 uses highly efficient 5x 5 watt LED chips and achieves an incredible range of 300m at 1 Lux with just 24W power consumption and a total length of 161mm.

But what else sets Prime-X apart besides its outstanding light values? 

The use of the best and most robust materials, extreme manufacturing precision, as well as the latest reflector technology with the highest waterproofing characterize all X-products. 
The light distribution is controlled by an optically redesigned double reflector, which allows both upright and pendant mounting of the light bar, while simultaneously eliminating vertical light scattering. The result is that the light goes exactly where it is needed: across the full width of the road. Other positive effects are that additional energy consumption and dazzling oncoming traffic are avoided.

Furthermore, the high light transmittance of the lightweight but shatterproof Sabic LEXAN polycarbonate lens, which is equipped with an additional UVHC3000 coating, is impressive. Increased light sharpness and detail allow the driver to immediately recognize objects, thus ensuring increased safety in road traffic. In addition, premature eye fatigue is avoided and driving – even over long distances – becomes more relaxed.

All materials have been tested for the toughest use under extreme conditions, and the consistent performance of the light bars is guaranteed at ambient temperatures between -40° and +90°C.
The internal thermal management automatically regulates the light output, ensuring the durability of the chips for years.

The certification naturally also extends to electromagnetic compatibility, so there will be no interference with other consumers in your vehicle.

With a length of only 161 mm and a height of 58 mm, the Prime-X 7 is designed to be easily integrated into spatially limited niches of the vehicle.
The included mounts made of lightweight aluminum allow for flexible positioning for optimal alignment of the light in the desired direction.
