Certificates & vehicle documents – what you need to know

The type approval numbers listed in the certificate generally refer to the base vehicle (e.g., VW Transporter, Mercedes Sprinter, MAN TGE, Fiat Ducato). Camper variants are often included in the certificate as well, though the lists are usually not exhaustive.
For converted campers or motorhomes, a different type approval number may therefore be registered. In these cases, the certificate generally still applies, as the chassis is identical. Should any discrepancies arise, you can have an individual approval carried out – experience shows this is uncomplicated.

👉 If you are unsure, please ask in advance so that we can check together whether the front bar fits your vehicle, or state the version of your vehicle model in the order notes when placing your order.
