Compatibility

  Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC): fully usable

 Automatic parking system: should continue to work – previous tests confirm functionality

Certificates & Vehicle Documents – what you need to know

The type approval numbers listed in the certificate generally refer to the base vehicle (e.g., VW Transporter, Mercedes Sprinter, MAN TGE, Fiat Ducato). Camper variants are often included in the certificate as well, although the lists are usually not exhaustive.
For converted campers or motorhomes, a different type approval number may therefore be registered. In these cases, the certificate generally still applies, as the chassis is identical. Should there still be discrepancies, you can have an individual inspection carried out – experience has shown this to be straightforward.
