Certificates & Vehicle Documents – what you need to know

The type approval numbers listed in the certificate generally refer to the base vehicle (e.g., VW Transporter, Mercedes Sprinter, MAN TGE, Fiat Ducato). Camper variants are often also included in the certificate, though the lists are usually not exhaustive.
For converted campers or motorhomes, a different type approval number may therefore be registered. In these cases, the certificate usually still applies because the chassis is identical. Should there still be discrepancies, you can have an individual approval carried out – experience shows this is uncomplicated.

👉 If you are unsure, please ask in advance so that we can check together whether the front bar fits your vehicle, or indicate the version of your vehicle model in the order notes when placing your order.
