Benefits of side steps for your camper
The Sequoia side step set makes it easier to enter your Mercedes Sprinter and, in addition to better accessibility, offers protection against damage from stones and branches.
The side steps are suitable for L2, L3, and L4 wheelbases. They remain within the vehicle's exterior dimensions and do not protrude further than the mirrors. The position of the side steps can be adjusted as desired by shifting the overhang by 20 mm to achieve an optimal fit.
The side steps feature robust steel mounting brackets. Larger brackets are located under the front and sliding doors, securely attached to the frame and rocker panel. Smaller brackets are mounted directly to the rocker panel, leaving enough space under the vehicle for water or fuel tanks.
The large openings in the steps allow mud and snow to pass through, ensuring a secure grip in rough conditions. Thanks to the well-thought-out design, ground clearance is maintained, which is ideal for off-road driving.
For orientation: The position of the side sliding door is indicated from the driver's perspective. The steps are supplied in pairs:

Side 1 offers a large step at the front door as well as a tube that extends to the rear wheel arch.

Side 2 features a double step for the front and sliding doors, with a tube that extends from the front door to the rear wheel arch. The step on the sliding door side is slightly smaller to allow for more freedom of movement in tight turns.
Installation requirements
Blind rivets are required for installation. The side steps are compatible with 2WD vehicles, but a 50 mm lift is recommended for optimal results. If an original heater is present on the driver's side, this set will still fit, although small adjustments to the heater exhaust may be necessary for optimal function.
