U-POL RAPTOR 2K SPRAY - BLACK

The premium, super strong and durable 2K urethane coating against rust, corrosion, salt, moisture and extreme temperatures is now also available in an aerosol can.

Different application techniques (distance, spray motion) can be used to create various surface textures, similar to application with an underbody shutz gun. Further processing instructions can be found in the technical data sheet.

Applying Raptor coating has never been so convenient and easy! Shake, activate hardener, shake again, spray!

Advantages:

• no additional application tools required
• no cleaning of tools
• hardener and paint in the same can

Application:

• The spray must be thoroughly shaken before and after hardener activation.
• Apply at least 2 coats (observe flash-off times in between!).
• Important: Compared to conventional sprays, aerosol application of Raptor requires a very wide spray distance (60 – 100 cm depending on the desired texture).
• Between spray passes, the nozzle must be sprayed empty to prevent clogging (turn the can upside down and spray through the valve).
• Processing time after activation: approx. 60 min. at 20°C (less at higher temperatures) – after this time, the spray can no longer be used!

Flash-off time & Drying:

• Between coats: 20 min.
• Fully cured: 5 – 7 days (the coating should not be subjected to heavy loads before then)
