RAPTOR 2K SPRAY - WHITE

RAPTOR 2K-Spray - white 375g spray with hardener offers a first-class, durable protective layer against rust, corrosion, salt, moisture and extreme temperatures. Follow the processing instructions in the technical data sheet to easily and conveniently create various surface textures - just like with an underbody protection gun. Simply shake, activate the hardener, shake again, spray!

Advantages:

• no cleaning of tools
• hardener and paint in the same can

Activating the spray:

• Remove activator base
• Shake thoroughly for 1-2 minutes
• Activate the hardener by firmly pressing the activation button at the bottom of the can. Important: Place the can upside down on a solid surface.
• Remove activation button from bottom
• Shake again for 1-2 minutes
• Then spray from a distance of 60-100 cm

Processing:

• The spray must be thoroughly shaken before and after hardener activation.
• Apply at least 2 coats (observe flash-off times in between!).
• Important: Compared to conventional sprays, the aerosol application of Raptor requires a very wide spray distance (60 – 100 cm depending on the desired texture).
• Between spraying, the nozzle must be cleared to prevent clogging (turn the can upside down and spray through the valve).
• Processing time after activation: approx. 60 min. at 20°C (less at higher temperatures) – after this time, the spray can no longer be used!

Flash-off time & drying:

• Between coats: 20 min.
• Fully cured: 5 – 7 days (the coating should not be subjected to heavy loads before then)
