RAPTOR 2K Spray - Epoxy Primer (Anti-Corrosive) 375g Spray with Hardener

RAPTOR 2K-Spray Epoxy Primer is a high-performance anti-corrosion spray specifically developed for use under RAPTOR paint. It offers maximum protection against rust and corrosion on steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum. It can be overcoated with solvent-based and water-based paint materials. The 375g aerosol can features an adjustable nozzle to adapt material quantities to the surfaces to be coated.

Applicable substrates:

• bare steel
• galvanized steel
• aluminum
• old paint/OEM
• polyester filler
• fiberglass
• do not apply to acid (etch/acid) primer!

Application:

• Activate spray (shake vigorously, press red button in lid onto activator on can bottom, shake vigorously again)
• Apply at least 2 coats with a flash-off time of 5 minutes.
• Maintain a spray distance of 30 cm.
• Can be overcoated after 30 minutes at 20°C.
• After 24 hours of drying, the coating must be sanded with P400 before overcoating.
