RAPTOR ETCH PRIMER AEROSOL 450ml Aerosol Can

Etch primer with phosphoric acid ester for difficult substrates such as galvanized steel or aluminum. Ideal for sand-through areas or on bare metal. Ensures ideal adhesion of the subsequent paint layer and corrosion protection. Can be overcoated directly without intermediate sanding. Ideal for system build-up with Raptor truck bed coating. Can be overcoated with water-based or solvent-based base coats or top coats.

Surface preparation:

The surface must be thoroughly cleaned, dry, dust-free, and grease-free. Sand with P180-P220 (dry or wet).

Application:

• Shake aerosol can vigorously for 2 minutes.
• Spray 2 coats from a distance of approx. 25cm (allow 3 - 5 min flash-off time between coats).
• Can be coated without intermediate sanding.
