Autoterm Air 2D Diesel Parking Heater (formerly Planar 2D)

The Autoterm Air 2D is one of the most popular diesel parking heaters for campers, motorhomes and boats. Robust, reliable and extremely economical in fuel and power consumption. Fully "Made in Europe" (Latvia).

1. Choose your outlet variant (Important for planning!)

• Straight outlet: The warm air must be routed in as straight a line as possible (without direct 90° bends) to avoid heat accumulation.
• 90° angle (flow-optimized): Ideal for tight spaces. The outlet can be mounted upwards or to the side. Then pipe in a straight line (max. 3–4 m).

Note: Please plan carefully in advance. Subsequently "building" an angle with the warm air pipe in the straight variant leads to overheating.

2. Choose your control element

• Comfort Control: The proven all-rounder with display, timer, thermostat mode, burn-off reminder and battery voltage monitoring.
• Touch Control: Modern, intuitive touch display for maximum operating comfort.
• Mini Control: Simple control via power levels (temperature mode only with optional external sensor).

Attention: Fuel hose is included in sufficient length. You can order additional hose by the meter if required.

Important operating & installation tips

• Burn-off: The heater must run regularly (especially after use at low settings) for approx. 1 hour at full power to avoid deposits.
• High altitudes: Above 2,000 m, performance drops by approx. 5% per 500 meters of altitude. The air ducting should be as short and kink-free as possible here.
• Repair-friendly: Robustly built for continuous operation. Many repairs can be done yourself on the road. Spare parts & support directly from us.
