Waterproof cable gland Tested and guaranteed waterproof for the installation of, for example, solar panels, auxiliary lights, antenna cables and the like. The range includes waterproof cable glands, made of durable plastic or saltwater-resistant 316 stainless steel with openings for connector sizes from 16 to 40mm. The maximum connector size specified is of course only relevant if you want to route a cable that has a connector. If you are using the gland for a cable without a connector, you can ignore this information.
Waterproof installation A stuffing box forms a watertight seal around the cable and a closed-cell foam seal seals the gland to the mounting surface - 100% waterproof! All models are IPX6 and IPX7 tested and approved.
