When pouring from canisters, one is confronted with the problem that the liquid cannot flow out unhindered, as air is sporadically drawn in through the pouring opening.
This generally manifests itself as gurgling. The exiting liquid stream is not stable.
The patented ventilation device provides a remedy by allowing air to flow back into the canister while simultaneously ensuring its tightness.
