The darkened Kiravans Blackout Curtains for your camper van are black on one side and grey on the other. They are double-lined, ensuring excellent thermal insulation and darkened windows.

These are high-quality curtains, specially made to our specifications to create a great look in your camper van. (Our manufacturer also supplies curtains of the same material and similar design to Mercedes!)

The material is stretchable and made of a dense fabric, providing ideal protection from light while also being thermally insulating. The stretch capability of the curtains provides an additional height of up to 20%. The aluminum rails are robust and feature an attractively rounded edge that ensures a professional finish. The rails are pre-drilled and adapted to the respective windows for easy installation.

Installation Notes:

Due to the uneven shape of the rear windows of the Transit Custom, this kit includes a pre-formed upper rail that fits into the window recess (the slider groove points downwards here), and a straight lower rail that can be mounted flat on the door trim (the slider groove here faces the front of the vehicle).

Since the tailgate has a windshield wiper housing, we can only supply a straight rail for the bottom. If the manufacturer were to supply a pre-formed, curved rail, the curtain would not hang correctly. The same problem exists if you try to bend it in the other direction to compensate for the missing rear wiper gap. Therefore, the best solution is to mount a straight rail completely under this area.
